I, known in this Agreement as "Customer", agree to enter into this contract with Aerial Aspects, LLC, known as “Aerial Aspects”.

Aerial Aspects provides photography, videography and data collection services (“Services”) using a number of methods included, but not limited to, using unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAVs”), also known as ‘drones’, 360 degree cameras to create interior virtual tours and digital SLR cameras.

Aerial Aspects will provide Services to Customer and license or provide rights to its copyright protected photographs, video and/or data to Customer under the terms set forth in this agreement.

Customer is responsible for providing information about the requirements for the requested Services and obtain permission, including right-of-entry, from the property owner or legal representative if they are not the legal owner or representative of the property.

Aerial Aspects provides UAV Services and operates in compliance with FAA guidelines as part of the FAA Part 107 Regulations.  Aerial Aspects is insured for liability and property damage coverage for its UAV Services.  Aerial Aspects will be responsible for FAA Regulatory Compliance and Reporting, if applicable for Customer Services, obtaining photographs, obtaining video footage, post-production editing and providing standard format pictures and videos taken as part of Services performed for Customer.

Customer will pay Aerial Aspects a fee for Services performed (“Service Fee”) based on the rate estimate provided for each flight operation within 15 days from Aerial Aspects providing the deliverables for each set of Services performed. 

Services are subject to weather and other conditions.  Aerial Aspects will work in good faith to meet Customer’s desired timeline.

Each party signing this Agreement warrants that it has the power and authority to sign the Agreement and that all consents, waivers or approvals of any third parties required to be obtained in connection with this Agreement have been obtained and are in full force and effect.
